Terms of Service

1: General

  • All products are digital goods. No physical items are shipped.
  • You are purchasing a license to use our products, not ownership of the models or source files.
  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our files is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing.


2: Premade Products (Tebex Store)

  • Delivery: All store purchases are fulfilled automatically via Tebex/CFX Keymaster.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued after purchase.
  • Support: If you experience an issue, please open a ticket in our Discord. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.


3: Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions grant access to certain products while your subscription is active.
  • Canceling a subscription ends future billing, but you will also lose access to subscription-only content once your paid period ends.
  • Refunds are not provided for unused time after cancelation.


4: Custom Commissions

  • Payment: Commissions are paid through approved processors (Stripe, Wise, or direct bank transfer). Payment must be made before delivery.
  • Refunds: All custom commission payments are non-refundable, even while the order is in queue. If there are issues, we’ll work with you to resolve them.
  • Completion: A commission is considered complete once the files are delivered and they meet the agreed scope of work (e.g. working lights, glass, collisions, animations, and handling in line with the project request).
  • Ownership: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all commissioned models remain the property of 204 Enterprises, LLC. You are granted a license to use them in your server/community but may not redistribute or resell them.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute after delivery violates these terms and will result in permanent revocation of support, updates, and future access to our products.


5: Lifetime Memberships

  • Lifetime Memberships provide access to all past and future products within the car/truck product category released under the membership plan.
  • Access is delivered via Tebex/CFX Keymaster.
  • Refunds are not available for Lifetime Membership purchases.
  • "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the GTA V / FiveM Platform. Lifetime membership does not apply to other subsequent platforms or titles


6: Prohibited Use
By using our products, you agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or leak files.
  • Claim credit for our work.
  • Use our products in ways that violate CFX.re or Rockstar Games’ Terms of Service.


7: Liability

  • Our products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not responsible for server issues, conflicts with third-party mods, or enforcement actions taken by CFX.re or Rockstar Games.
  • Your use of our products is at your own risk.


8: Termination of Access

  • We reserve the right to revoke access to support, assets, community platforms, or future updates if you violate these Terms (including but not limited to leaking, reselling, or filing chargebacks).


9: Jurisdiction & Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kentucky courts.


10: Updates & Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
  • Continued use of our products after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
